国土综合整治与生态修复：制度、生产力与空间形态——以长春市为例

Abstract:
新时期背景下，探究不同时期土地制度、生产力发展与空间形态的关系，挖掘生产力与空间形态因素的定量互馈规律，并构建“生产力–空间形态”因素指标协同分析体系，有助于城乡国土空间格局优化、绿色高质发展。以长春市2000~2024年的城市遥感影像数据为基础，利用GIS工具对长春城市扩张空间形态进行定量化和可视化分析，并通过逻辑回归(Logistic Regression)等方法，分析生产力对城市空间形态发展的定量影响，探寻生产力和空间形态的作用原理，为新质生产力城乡国土空间绿色低碳发展提出方法借鉴。
Under the background of the new period, this study explores the relationships among land systems, productivity development, and spatial forms across different periods. It aims to uncover the quantitative mutual feedback mechanisms between productivity and spatial form factors and to construct a collaborative analysis system for the “productivity-spatial form” factor index. Additionally, it seeks to promote the optimization of urban-rural territorial spatial patterns and green high-quality development. Based on remote sensing image data of Changchun City from 2000 to 2024, this research utilizes GIS tools to quantitatively and visually analyze the spatial form of urban expansion in Changchun. Through methods such as logistic regression, it investigates the quantitative impact of productivity on urban spatial form development, explores the interaction mechanisms between productivity and spatial form, and provides a methodological reference for the green and low-carbon development of urban-rural territorial space driven by new-quality productivity.
