人工智能对银发经济发展的推动作用及影响机制研究
A Study on the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Promoting the Development of the Silver-Haired Economy and the Mechanism of Its Influence

随着人工智能技术的快速发展，其在银发经济中的应用日益广泛，为银发经济的转型升级带来了新的机遇与动力。研究表明，人工智能通过提升服务质量和效率、创新养老服务模式、拓展市场需求以及降低运营成本，显著推动了银发经济的发展。其影响机制涉及技术赋能、政策支持、市场驱动和社会文化影响等多个方面，共同为银发经济的高质量发展提供了有力支撑。然而，人工智能赋能银发经济也面临着技术瓶颈、数字鸿沟、市场认知和适老化问题等挑战。针对这些挑战，本文提出了加强技术研发、提升数字素养、完善政策法规和加强市场推广等对策建议。
With the rapid development of AI technology, its application in the silver-haired economy is becoming more and more widespread, bringing new opportunities and impetus to the transformation and upgrading of the silver-haired economy. Research shows that AI has significantly boosted the development of the silver economy by improving service quality and efficiency, innovating senior care service models, expanding market demand, and reducing operating costs. Its influence mechanism involves technology empowerment, policy support, market drive and social and cultural influence, which together provide strong support for the high-quality development of the silver-hair economy. However, AI-enabled silver hair economy also faces challenges such as technological bottlenecks, digital divide, market perception and ageing issues. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes countermeasures such as strengthening technology research and development, enhancing digital literacy, improving policies and regulations, and strengthening market promotion.
