中国特色社会主义进入新时代，对于高质量发展、共同富裕、社会治理等方面都提出了新的要求，然而随着我国正进入深度老龄化社会，老龄化程度持续加快已经对国家的经济发展、医疗保障、社会进程等多个领域产生不同程度的影响。本文将通过分析新时代背景之下中国老龄化发展的现状、面临的相关挑战，并通过分析日本在应对老龄化社会中所形成的相关经验，提出适用于优化我国老龄化治理的方法与对策，以此促进我国社会的持续高质量发展。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and new requirements have been put forward for high-quality development, common prosperity, social governance, etc. However, as China is entering a deeply aging society, the continued acceleration of aging has had varying degrees of impact on the country’s economic development, medical insurance, social progress and other fields. This article will analyze the current situation of China’s aging development and the related challenges it faces under the background of the new era, and analyze the relevant experience formed by Japan in dealing with an aging society and propose methods and countermeasures suitable for optimizing China’s aging governance, so as to promote the sustained high-quality development of our society.
