马克思主义人学理论下老年群体的社会参与与价值实现研究
Research on the Social Participation and Value Realization of the Elderly Population under Marxist Theory of Anthropology

随着全球老龄化进程的加速，老年群体的社会参与和价值实现问题日益凸显。中国作为世界上老年人口最多的国家，正面临老龄化社会的深刻挑战。当前老年群体的社会参与度普遍较低，其自我价值与社会价值未能充分实现，从马克思主义人学理论强调出发，分析老年群体社会参与的现状与问题，探讨其价值实现的路径，并构建老年群体社会参与与价值实现的评价体系。老年群体的社会参与不仅是实现“积极老龄化”的重要途径，也是缓解社会养老压力、促进代际和谐的关键，为提升老年群体的社会参与度、实现其社会价值提供了理论支持和实践指导。
With the accelerating global aging process, the social participation and value realization of the elderly population have become increasingly prominent issues. As the country with the largest elderly population in the world, China is facing profound challenges of an aging society. Currently, the level of social participation among the elderly is generally low, and their self-worth and social value have not been fully realized. Drawing on Marxist theory of anthropology, this study analyzes the current status and problems of the elderly’s social participation and explores the pathways for their value realization. It also aims to construct an evaluation system for the social participation and value realization of the elderly population. The social participation of the elderly is not only an important way to achieve “active aging,” but also a key to alleviating social pension pressures and promoting intergenerational harmony. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the social participation of the elderly and realizing their social value.
