顺应–关联模式下甬剧《雷雨》字幕英译研究
Study on Subtitle Translation of Ningbo Opera Thunderstorm under the Adaptation-Relevance Model

甬剧作为国家级非物质文化遗产，是中国地方戏曲的重要组成部分，但其蕴含的极具地域特色的习语俗语对字幕翻译造成了阻碍。顺应–关联模式既赋予译者极高的自主性，又充分考虑目标语受众的文化背景，从动态顺应的角度寻求交际的最佳关联，确保译文准确、地道。本文通过对甬剧经典剧目《雷雨》的字幕翻译实践，借助语言结构与语境成分中的语用策略工具，结合认知语境、情景语境和文化语境对原文字幕进行综合分析，力求产出最佳译文，助力“一带一路”文化建设。
As a form of national intangible cultural heritage, Ningbo opera holds a significant place in Chinese local opera. However, the idioms and expressions rich in regional characteristics present challenges for subtitle translation. The adaptation-relevance model not only grants translators a high degree of autonomy, but also fully considers the cultural background of the target audience, aiming to establish optimal communicative relevance through dynamic adaptability to ensure both accuracy and authenticity. This paper, through the practice of translating subtitles for the classic Ningbo opera Thunderstorm, conducts a comprehensive analysis of the original subtitles in terms of cognitive, situational, and cultural contexts. By leveraging pragmatic strategies related to language structure and contextual components, it seeks to produce the most effective translations, thereby contributing to the cultural development of the “Belt and Road”.
