Teaching language is an art. Especially for novice English teachers, the charm of their language can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning, but also effectively facilitate the transmission of knowledge and emotional communication. This article focuses on the language charm of novice English teachers. Through a variety of teaching activities, it guides students to deeply understand its connotation, importance, characteristics and other aspects. In future teaching practices, novice English teachers should pay attention to cultivating their language charm, flexibly adjust their classroom language, and continuously improve their language abilities, so as to better serve English teaching.
