反思与探索:中学体育教育“校家社”的协同发展

Abstract:
随着素质教育和综合改革的不断深入,中学体育教育的新发展正在朝“校家社”共育模式转变。文章立足于中学体育教育教学的现实情境,阐述了中学体育教育“校家社”协同发展的价值意蕴,主要表现为“校家社”共育能够推动包容发展,构筑多元共融的体育教育环境,能够强化多方互动,优化家庭与社区体育角色,能够凝聚教育共识,高位推进学校体育工作全面发展。分析了中学体育教育“校家社”协同发展所面临的机遇和挑战,并针对存在的具体问题,提出了聚焦体育核心素养,抓牢学校体育主阵地,强化共识与认知,激活家庭教育潜能,共育同行,深化体育教学与社区互动的融合,重塑创新实践模式,铸就效能联动的协同发展体系等方面的推进路径。旨在构建一个有效的协同发展模型,以期为中学体育教育的高质量发展提供理论依据和实践指导。
With the continuous deepening of quality-oriented education and comprehensive reform, the new development of middle school physical education is shifting towards a co-education model involving schools, families and communities. Based on the current situation of middle school physical education teaching, this paper expounds the value implications of the synergistic development of school, family and community in middle school physical education, mainly manifested in promoting inclusive development, building a multi-integrated physical education environment, strengthening multi-party interaction, optimizing the roles of family and community in physical education, and consolidating educational consensus to comprehensively promote the development of school physical education. It also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the synergistic development of school, family and community in middle school physical education, and proposes promotion paths such as focusing on physical education core literacy, seizing the main position of school physical education, strengthening consensus and cognition, activating the potential of family education, co-education and co-progression, deepening the integration of physical education teaching and community interaction, reshaping innovative practice models, and forging a synergy-driven development system. The aim is to construct an effective collaborative development model to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the high-quality development of middle school physical education.
