当代市场社会主义理论的公平正义思想研究
Research on the Thought of Fairness and Justice in Contemporary Market Socialism Theory

在人类社会历史发展的不同阶段，对于公平正义人们往往有着不同的理解。在对苏东剧变的困惑和对现行资本主义制度的不满的双重反思中，当代市场社会主义理论的公平正义思想被左翼理论学家探索出来。通过思考当代市场社会主义中蕴含的公平正义思想及其产生的时代背景和理论基础，在此基础上归纳分析了当代市场社会主义理论的公平正义思想的理论独特性。当前中国正致力于构建社会主义和谐社会，而公平正义是最基本的要求，借鉴当代西方市场社会主义者在社会公正方面观点的合理之处，成为实现我国社会公正的可行选择。
At different stages of the historical development of human society, people often have different understandings of fairness and justice. In the double reflection on the confusion of the upheaval in the Soviet Union and the East and the dissatisfaction with the current capitalist system, the thought of fairness and justice in contemporary market socialism theory has been explored by left-wing theorists. By thinking about the thought of fairness and justice contained in contemporary market socialism and the era background and theoretical basis for its emergence, on this basis, the theoretical uniqueness of the thought of fairness and justice in contemporary market socialism theory is summarized and analyzed. At present, China is committed to building a socialist harmonious society, and fairness and justice are the most basic requirements. Learning from the rationality of contemporary Western market socialists’ views on social justice has become a feasible choice to achieve social justice in our country.
