牙根屏障技术的应用与发展

Abstract:
种植牙治疗是牙齿缺失的常见临床治疗。然而,缺牙区域由于缺少束状骨–牙周韧带复合体(BB-PDL)的血供,导致唇侧骨板的吸收,最终出现唇侧软硬组织塌陷,使种植修复的美学结果并不像预期的那样令人满意,特别是在上颌前部。牙根屏障技术是保留唇侧部分牙片,减少唇侧骨组织的吸收。本文就牙根屏障技术的应用与发展做一综述。
Dental implant treatment is a common clinical approach for tooth loss. However, due to the lack of blood supply from the bundle bone-periodontal ligament complex (BB-PDL) in the edentulous area, resorption of the buccal bone plate occurs, eventually leading to the collapse of the buccal soft and hard tissues. This compromises the aesthetic outcomes of implant restorations, especially in the maxillary anterior region. The socket shield technique, which involves retaining a portion of the buccal tooth root, helps reduce the resorption of buccal bone tissue. This review provides an overview of the application and development of the socket shield technique.
