穴位贴敷与微波理疗在混合痔术后疼痛管理中的协同作用研究
A Study of the Synergistic Effect of Acupoint Patches and Microwave Physiotherapy in Postoperative Pain Management of Mixed Haemorrhoids

混合痔术后疼痛是影响患者康复质量的核心问题。本研究系统分析穴位贴敷与微波理疗的联合应用效果，通过Meta分析及临床数据验证其镇痛机制。结果显示，中西医结合方案可显著降低术后VAS评分，减少镇痛药物用量达42%，且联合治疗组创面愈合时间较对照组缩短3.2天(P < 0.01)。建议将中西医协同镇痛纳入混合痔术后标准化管理路径。
Postoperative pain after mixed haemorrhoids is a core problem affecting the quality of patients’ recovery. In this study, we systematically analysed the effect of the combined application of acupressure and microwave physiotherapy, and verified its analgesic mechanism through Meta-analysis and clinical data. The results showed that the combined Chinese and Western medicine programme could significantly reduce the postoperative VAS score, reduce the amount of analgesic drugs by up to 42%, and shorten the wound healing time by 3.2 days in the combined treatment group compared with that in the control group (P < 0.01). It is recommended that Chinese and Western medicine synergistic analgesia be included in the standardised management pathway after mixed haemorrhoids surgery.
