人工智能的迅猛进步为电子商务人才的培养带来了新的机遇与挑战，在这一背景下，分析电子商务人才培养的困境，包括培养目标定位模糊、课程体系设置不合理、师资队伍薄弱、硬件设备建设不全、加强理论与实践的结合等，从而有针对性地提出相应的对策，即明确培养目标，与企业需求对接；优化课程体系，引入新技术；加强师资队伍建设；完善硬件设备建设；加强理论与实践的结合这些措施，旨在为当前环境下的电子商务人才培养提供创新的见解和路径。
The rapid progress of artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of e-commerce talents. In this context, the dilemmas of e-commerce talents cultivation are analysed, including the ambiguous positioning of cultivation objectives, irrational curriculum system setting, weak teaching staff, incomplete construction of hardware equipment, and strengthening the combination of theory and practice, etc., and then the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in a targeted manner, i.e., clarifying the cultivation objectives, and dovetailing with the needs of enterprises; optimising the curriculum system and introducing new technologies; strengthening the construction of teaching staff; improving the construction of hardware equipment; and strengthening the combination of theory and practice are some of the measures aimed at providing innovative insights and paths for the cultivation of e-commerce talents in the current environment.
