浅析张仲景治燥
A Brief Analysis of Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatment for Dryness

燥证在日常临证中并不少见，其治法多根据《黄帝内经》中的“燥胜则干”、“燥者濡之”理论，治以滋阴、润燥、清热等。而仲景治燥不但重视津液不足，更立足于津液不能正常输布的病机，巧妙运用行气逐邪、布达津液之法，对燥证的治疗另辟蹊径，有效地指导了临床。
Dryness syndrome is not uncommon in daily clinical practice. Its treatment is based on the theories in the “The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine”, such as “domination of dryness causing dry symptoms” and “dryness syndrome should be treated by moistening therapy”. It is treated with nourishing yin, moistening dryness, clearing heat, and so on. Zhongjing’s treatment of dryness not only pays attention to the deficiency of body fluid, but is also based on the pathogenesis that body fluid cannot normally be transported. He skillfully uses the method of promoting qi to eliminate pathogenic factors and spread body fluid, and he opens up a new way to treat dryness syndrome, which effectively guides clinical practice.
