张锡纯治疗中风的经验

Abstract:
张锡纯作为以中西医汇通思想著称的杰出医家，其著作《医学衷中参西录》系统总结了他的临床经验，对后世治疗中风提供了思路。对于中风的认识，他突破传统理论框架，创新性将中风划分为外中风与内中风，又将类中风开创性的细分为“脑充血”与“脑贫血”两类，开创了独特的诊疗体系。
Zhang Xichun, as an outstanding medical doctor known for his ideas on the convergence of Chinese and Western medicine, systematically summarized his clinical experience in his book Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination (Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu), which provided ideas on the treatment of stroke for future generations. With regard to the understanding of stroke, he broke through the traditional theoretical framework and innovatively divided stroke into external stroke and internal stroke, and pioneeringly subdivided the class of stroke into “cerebral congestion” and “cerebral anemia”, creating a unique diagnostic and therapeutic system.
