Abstract:

文章在界定集体经营性建设用地入市和城乡融合发展概念和内涵的基础上,对集体经营性建设用地入市不畅和城乡融合发展失衡的现状问题进行分析,结合历史溯源,从路径目标匹配和多维认知一致两个方面对集体经营性建设用地入市和城乡融合发展的关联性进行分析,得出两者之间的发展关联机制并指出其关联机理;然后,以广东南海为案例,得出集体经营性建设用地入市能促进城乡产业发展、农民收入增加、城乡人才融合,在很大程度上推动了城乡融合的发展。
Based on the definition and connotation of the entry of collectively-owned business land into the market and the integrated development of urban and rural areas, this article analyzes the current problems of the unsmooth entry of collectively-owned business land into the market and the imbalance of the integrated development of urban and rural areas. By tracing back to history, it analyzes the correlation between the entry of collectively-owned business land into the market and the integrated development of urban and rural areas from the aspects of path-goal matching and multi-dimensional cognitive consistency and concludes the development correlation mechanism and its correlation mechanism between the two. Then, taking Nanhai, Guangdong as a case, it is found that the entry of collectively-owned business land into the market can promote the development of urban and rural industries, increase farmers’ income, and integrate urban and rural talents, which to a large extent promotes the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
