协同治理视阈下老年数字鸿沟弥合及社会支持研究——基于江苏省扬州市的实证调查
Research on the Digital Divide Bridging and Social Support for the Elderly under the Perspective of Collaborative Governance—Based on an Empirical Survey in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，数字鸿沟问题日益凸显，在老年群体中表现得尤为明显。这不仅影响老年人个体生活质量，也关乎社会公平与和谐发展。本文以协同治理理论为视角，基于对扬州市老年群体展开的实证调查，深入分析老年数字鸿沟弥合的社会支持现状，包括政府、企业、社会组织和家庭内部各主体提供的支持，借助SPSS进行数据分析，并基于此分析现存问题的表现形式，如协同治理机制不完善、社会支持资源分配不均、老年人自身参与的积极性存在差异等，进一步从法律、经济、文化的角度分析原因，提出主体协同弥合老年数字鸿沟的路径，旨在为解决老年数字鸿沟问题提供理论参考与实践指导。
With the rapid development of information technology, the problem of digital divide has become increasingly prominent, especially in the elderly group. This not only affects the individual quality of life of the elderly, but also is related to social equity and harmonious development. In this paper, from the perspective of the theory of collaborative governance, based on the empirical investigation of the elderly population in Yangzhou city, in-depth analysis of the current situation of social support bridging the digital divide among the elderly, including support from the government, enterprises, social organizations and families. Data analysis with the help of the SPSS, based on this analysis of the manifestations of the existing problems, for example, the imperfect collaborative governance mechanism, the uneven distribution of social support resources, and the different enthusiasm of the elderly themselves, further analyzes the reasons from the perspective of law, economy and culture, put propose the path to bridge the digital divide among the elderly, it aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for solving the problem of digital divide in the elderly.
