教育管理视阈下中小学“学困生”转化策略探究

Abstract:
本文从“学困生”的定义、成因和转化机制等相关理论出发,从教育管理的视角下对中小学“学困生”提出针对性的转化策略,致力于提升学生的综合素质和全面发展,提高学校教育教学的质量和效果,为教育实践提供更为科学的指导。
This paper starts from the relevant theories such as the definition, causes and transformation mechanism of “students with learning difficulties”, and proposes targeted transformation strategies for “students with learning difficulties” in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of educational management. It aims to enhance students’ comprehensive quality and all-round development, improve the quality and effectiveness of school education and teaching, and provide more scientific guidance for educational practice.
