本土红色资源融入高校思想政治教育研究

将本地红色资源融入高校教育具有切实可行性，主要表现在二者具有一致的树人目标，能发挥各自功能相互补足，并在教育融合的过程中共同发展。其具体功能主要聚焦于育人和高校建设本身，包括凝心聚力、榜样示范、物质力量支撑功能和师资力量、高效课堂、教育平台的建设等。然而在现今高校中，有关本土红色资源的利用挫折重重，有待我们探索更多路径使其更自然地融入教育，更有效地发挥作用。习近平总书记强调：“红色资源是我们党艰辛而辉煌奋斗历程的见证，是最宝贵的精神财富。”探寻其融入教育的路径，发挥其能起到的教育功能对于今天的高校具有重大的意义。
Integrating local red resources into higher education is feasible, mainly manifested in their shared goal of nurturing talents, their respective functions complementing each other, and developing together in the process of educational integration. Its specific functions mainly focus on educating people and the construction of universities themselves, including gathering strength, exemplary demonstration, material support functions and faculty strength, efficient classrooms, and the construction of educational platforms. However, in today’s universities, there are many setbacks in the utilization of local red resources, and we need to explore more paths to integrate them more naturally into education and play a more effective role. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that “red resources are witnesses to the arduous and glorious struggle of our party, and the most precious spiritual wealth”. Exploring the path of integrating them into education and leveraging their educational functions is of great significance for today’s universities.
