Abstract:

在教育改革持续深化的当下,“三全育人”已成为提升人才培养质量的核心策略。网络与新媒体专业作为紧贴信息时代发展需求而设立的新兴综合型专业,具有广阔的生存发展空间及独特的机遇与挑战,对于综合型专业培养人才的复杂需求,构建与之适配的“三全育人”长效机制意义重大。文章引入柯氏四级评估模型,深入剖析其在网络与新媒体专业“三全育人”中的应用,旨在发现及解决当前人才培养中的问题,提升高素质人才培养成效,为专业发展和行业需求提供有力支撑。
With the continuous deepening of educational reform, “Three-wide Education” has become the core strategy for improving the quality of talent cultivation. As an emerging comprehensive major established closely in line with the development needs of the information age, the major of Network and New Media has broad space for survival and development, as well as unique opportunities and challenges. For the complex needs of cultivating talents in comprehensive majors, it is of great significance to establish a long-term “Three-wide Education” mechanism that is suitable for it. This paper introduces the Kirkpatrick Four-level Evaluation Model and deeply analyzes its application in the “Three-wide Education” of the major of Network and New Media. The aim is to identify and solve the current problems in talent cultivation, improve the effectiveness of cultivating high-quality talents, and provide strong support for the development of the major and the needs of the industry.
