腹壁子宫内膜异位症相关透明细胞癌一例

Abstract:
子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis, EMs)是育龄期妇女的常见病，并具有侵袭、转移、复发等恶性生物学行为。目前研究表明其恶变部位主要发生在卵巢，恶变率约为1%，腹壁子宫内膜异位症恶变在临床更为罕见，目前关于腹壁子宫内膜异位症恶变国内外报道均较少，2024年内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治1例腹壁子宫内膜异位症相关性透明细胞癌(abdominal wall endometriosis-associated clear cell carcinoma, AWECC)患者，现报道如下。
Endometriosis (EMs) is a common disease among women of childbearing age, and it has malignant biological behaviors such as invasion, metastasis and recurrence. At present, the research shows that malignant transformation mainly occurs in the ovary, and the malignant transformation rate is about 1%. The malignant transformation of abdominal wall endometriosis is even rarer in clinic. At present, there are few reports about the malignant transformation of abdominal wall endometriosis at home and abroad. In 2024, the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University admitted a patient with abdominal wall endometriosis-associated clear cell carcinoma (AWECC), which is reported as follows.
