王安石变法中的公共政策研究分析
Analysis of Policy Research in Wang Anshi’s Reform

王安石变法是北宋时期一次著名的政治改革运动。为改变北宋积贫积弱，内忧外患的局面，王安石在变法的十六年时间里推行了涉及政治、军事、教育、农业等涵盖当时社会各个方面的政治举措。尽管变法以宋神宗的去世而废止，但他许多运用公共政策对市场经济进行调控的手段对后世产生了深远意义。通过对王安石变法的背景、主要措施及存在问题进行分析研究，对当代政策研究及政府进行改革治理具有借鉴意义。
The Wang Anshi’s Reform was a famous political reform movement during the Northern Song Dynasty. In order to change the situation of poverty, weakness, internal troubles, and external threats in the Northern Song Dynasty, Wang Anshi implemented political measures covering various aspects of society such as politics, military, education, and agriculture during the sixteen years of reform. Although the reform was abolished with the death of Emperor Shenzong of Song, many of his methods of using public policies to regulate the market economy have had profound significance for future generations. By analyzing and studying the background, main measures, and existing problems of Wang Anshi’s reform, it has reference significance for contemporary policy research and government reform governance.
