医务人员法律素养与医疗纠纷相关性研究

Abstract:
随着医疗技术的不断进步和患者维权意识的日益增强，医疗纠纷事件频发，成为影响医患关系和谐、阻碍医疗事业健康发展的重要因素之一。医务人员作为医疗服务提供者，其法律素养的培养和提升对于防范医疗纠纷、保障医患双方权益具有重要意义。本文旨在通过对医务人员法律素养现状的深入分析，探讨提升医务人员法律素养的路径，以及这些提升措施对医疗纠纷防范的积极影响。
With the continuous advancement of medical technology and the increasing awareness of patients’ rights protection, medical disputes occur frequently, becoming one of the important factors that affect the harmony of doctor-patient relationships and hinder the healthy development of the medical industry. As medical service providers, the cultivation and improvement of medical staff’s legal literacy are of great significance for preventing medical disputes and protecting the rights and interests of both doctors and patients. This paper aims to deeply analyze the current situation of medical staff’s legal literacy, explore the paths to enhance their legal literacy, and discuss the positive impact of these enhancement measures on medical dispute prevention.
