Abstract:

课外延时体育服务是一种独特的体育服务载体,亦是助力中小学生茁壮成长的关键一环。近年来,国家出台了一系列政策以推动教育体制的改革。基于此背景,本文通过文献综述与逻辑推理等研究方法,探讨了课后延时体育服务在学校教育体系中所扮演的关键角色及其重要性。其优势主要体现在促进学生身心健康发展,并在动作技能提升和团队协作能力培养等方面发挥引领作用。然而,课后延时体育服务在推进过程中也面临一些挑战,例如场地设施配备有限、体育师资力量相对薄弱以及教学质量不够稳定等问题。为了最大化其积极影响,学校应当着手强化教师团队建设,多样化课程内容,并提升设施配置,从而制定有效的优化措施。这些举措旨在提高课后延时体育服务的质量,以促进学生的全面发展。然而,课后延时体育服务也存在问题。如场地设施配备有限、师资队伍力量短缺、教学效果缺乏一致等。针对这些问题,我们建议实施以下战略:增加对学校体育设施的财政支持,提升场地和设备的配置水平,强化教师培训体系,以确保教师具备高质量的教学能力和专业素质。建立健全的政策法规,确保系统化和安全化,践行五育融合新理念,坚守学校育人主体地位,为学生的全面成长创造、提供优质的环境和支持。
Extracurricular delayed sports service is a unique carrier of sports service, and is also a key link to help primary and secondary school students thrive. In recent years, the state has introduced a series of policies to promote the reform of the education system. Based on this background, this paper discusses the key role and importance of after-school extended sports service in school education system through literature review and logical reasoning. Its advantages are mainly reflected in promoting the healthy development of students' physical and mental health, and playing a leading role in improving motor skills and cultivating team cooperation ability. However, delayed after-school sports services also face some challenges in the process of promotion, such as limited facilities, relatively weak physical education teachers, and a lack of stable teaching quality. In order to maximize its positive impact, schools should start to strengthen the construction of teacher teams, diversify the curriculum content, and improve the allocation of facilities, so as to formulate effective optimization measures. These initiatives aim to improve the quality of after-school extended sports services to promote the all-round development of students. However, extended after-school sports services also have problems. Such as limited facilities, shortage of teachers, lack of consistent teaching effect, and so on. In response to these problems, we propose to implement the following strategies: increase financial support for school sports facilities, upgrade the allocation of venues and equipment, and strengthen the teacher training system to ensure that teachers have high-quality teaching ability and professional quality. Establish sound policies and regulations to ensure systematization and safety, practice the new concept of five-education integration, adhere to the main position of school education, and create and provide
