小红书“搜索引擎化”现象中的依赖关系转型与反驯化实践

Abstract:
从“百度一下”到“有问题就上小红书”,近年来互联网用户的信息检索实践出现了新趋势。基于媒介依赖理论,本研究通过参与式观察与深度访谈,针对这一现象展开讨论。研究发现,传统搜索引擎作为一种单向度工具,正因信息过载与信任危机逐渐式微,用户开始转向具有社交属性的内容社区寻求解决方案。小红书依托UGC内容生态,具有海量信息存积基础,而其中生活化叙事与弱关系互动又建构起一种情感化信任闭环,吸引越来越多用户加入。对此,个体用户通过主动筛选内容,并依赖评论区交叉验证等“反驯化”实践,与平台规则展开动态博弈,推动媒介依赖从工具属性向共生关系升级。研究揭示了社交媒体搜索化趋势中“人–内容–算法”的互构逻辑,并批判性指出经验众包可能引发的信息茧房风险与认知窄化等困境,为平台化生存时代下信息检索机制优化提供新的思考方向。
From “Baidu it” to “When in doubt, turn to Rednote, there has been a new trend in Internet users’ information retrieval practices in recent years. Based on the media dependency theory, this study conducts a discussion on this phenomenon through participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The research finds that the traditional search engine is gradually declining due to information overload and trust crisis. Users are beginning to turn to content communities with social attributes to seek solutions. Relying on the UGC content ecosystem, Rednote has a foundation of massive information accumulation. The life-oriented narratives and Low-context interactions within it have constructed an emotional trust closed-loop, attracting more and more users to join. In response, individual users engage in “anti-domestication” practices such as actively screening content and relying on cross-verification in the comment section, and conduct dynamic games with the platform’s rules, promoting the upgrade of media dependence from tool attributes to a symbiotic relationship. The research reveals the mutual-construction logic of “people-content-algorithm” in the trend of social media search-engine-like transformation, and critically points out the dilemmas such as the information cocoon effect and cognitive narrowing that may be caused by the crowdsourcing of experiences. It provides a new thinking direction for the optimization of the information retrieval mechanism in the era of platform survival.
