及物性理论视域下莫泊桑短篇小说《项链》两个汉译本对比研究
A Comparative Study of Two Chinese Translations of Maupassant’s Short Story The Necklace from the Perspective of Transitivity Theory

本文基于韩礼德的及物性理论，对莫泊桑短篇小说《项链》的赵少侯和李玉民两个汉译本进行对比研究。通过分析物质、心理、关系等过程类型及其环境因子的调整，探讨译者如何重构原文意义。研究发现，赵译本忠实于原文结构，而李译本更具灵活性。本文旨在验证及物性理论在翻译研究中的适用性，并为文学翻译提供新的分析视角。
Based on Halliday’s Transitivity Theory, this study conducts a comparative analysis of two Chinese translations of Maupassant’s short story The Necklace by Shaohou Zhao and Yumin Li. By examining material, mental, and relational processes and their circumstantial elements, the study explores how translators reconstruct the original meaning. Findings suggest that Zhao’s translation remains faithful to the original structure, while Li’s version is more flexible. This study aims to validate the applicability of Transitivity Theory in translation studies and offer new insights into literary translation.
