电动方程式传动系统匹配的优化设计

Abstract:
中国大学生电动方程式大赛是一项由中国汽车工程学会全力主办的面向所有高校学生的赛事,目的是培养中国未来电动汽车领域的技术人才,为中国汽车行业输送高等人才。本文以FSEC赛事规则为基准,针对纯电动方程式赛车的传动系统匹配问题,提出了一套涵盖电机选型、传动比优化与仿真验证的系统性设计方法。通过理论计算与仿真工具(OptimumLap、CarSim)的结合,实现了动力性与经济性的协同优化,为参赛车队提供了可落地的技术参考。
The China Student Formula E Competition is a competition for all college students sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, with the aim of cultivating technical talents in the field of electric vehicles in China’s future and providing high-level talents for China’s automotive industry. Based on the FSEC competition rules, this paper proposes a set of systematic design methods covering motor selection, transmission ratio optimization and simulation verification for the transmission system matching problem of pure electric formula cars. Through the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation tools (OptimumLap, CarSim), the collaborative optimization of power and economy is realized, providing a practical technical reference for the participating teams.
