我国大众滑雪运动发展态势与推进路径
The Development Trend and Promotion Path of Mass Skiing Sports in China

以大众滑雪运动发展的相关人才培养和场地设施开设为切入点，明确我国大众滑雪运动的发展趋势与现实问题。认为：2022年冬奥会的成功举办为大众滑雪的开展提供了基础与机遇；大众滑雪的场地设施规模与质量不断攀升；学校体育对于大众滑雪所需专业人才的培养正在蓬勃发展。但仍存在主体参与人群质量不高、政策落实力度不足、滑雪场地周边配套设施不完善等问题。未来我国大众滑雪运动的发展应扩充人才储备，提升专项人才专业性，以满足人民群众对于滑雪运动日益增长的需求；面对不同滑雪人群的需求差异，强化滑雪服务创新，留住潜在滑雪消费人群；加大投资力度，完善周边设施，提升便捷程度。
Taking the cultivation of talents and site facilities for the development of mass skiing as the starting point, the development trend and practical problems of mass skiing in China are clarified. It is concluded that the success of the 2022 Winter Olympics provides the foundation and opportunity for mass skiing, the scale and quality, and the training of professional talents for mass skiing are booming. However, there are still some problems, such as the low-quality of the main participants, the insufficient policy implementation, and the imperfect supporting facilities around the ski site. In the future, the development of mass skiing in China should expand the talent reserve and enhance the professionalism of special talents to meet the growing demand of the people for skiing; face the different demands of different skiing groups, strengthen the innovation of skiingservice and retain the potential skiing consumers; increase the investment, improve the surrounding facilities and enhance the convenience degree.
