Abstract:

本文围绕教师自我效能感的研究进展及其应用展开综述,系统回顾了教师自我效能感的概念界定、理论基础及历史发展脉络。通过对现有文献的分析,梳理了当前研究的热点与前沿问题,重点探讨了教师自我效能感与教师个人特质、职业环境、专业发展及学生表现之间的复杂关系。结合外语教学的具体情境,分析了教师自我效能感在提升教学水平和促进学生语言学习成效中的关键作用。最后,展望未来研究方向,建议加强跨文化比较研究,探索教师自我效能感与生涯发展阶段的关系,并关注技术融合教学环境下的自我效能感变化,为教育实践与理论研究提供新的视角与启示。
This paper summarizes the research progress and application of teachers’ self-efficacy, and systematically reviews the concept definition, theoretical basis and historical development of teachers’ self-efficacy. Through the analysis of the existing literature, this paper sorts out the hot spots and frontier issues of current research, and focuses on the complex relationship between teachers’ self-efficacy and teachers’ personal characteristics, professional environment, professional development and student performance. Combined with the specific situation of foreign language teaching, this paper analyzes the key role of teachers’ self-efficacy in improving teaching level and promoting students’ language learning effectiveness. Finally, looking forward to the future research direction, it is suggested to strengthen cross-cultural comparative research, explore the relationship between teachers’ self-efficacy and career development stages, and pay attention to the changes of self-efficacy in the teaching environment of technology integration, so as to provide new perspectives and enlightenment for educational practice and theoretical research.
