报告1例儿童肛门部疣状黄瘤

Abstract:
目的：本研究旨在探讨儿童疣状黄瘤(Verruciform Xanthoma, VX)的病因、临床表现、诊断方法及治疗策略，以期为临床诊疗实践提供一定参考依据。方法：分析我院收治的1例女性儿童肛门部VX的临床资料。结果：手术切除患儿肛门部的肿块后经组织病理学确诊为VX，术后恢复良好，未复发，目前仍在随访中。结论：临床工作中遇到儿童黏膜肿物需行病理学检查，避免误诊及过度诊疗。
Objective: This study aims to explore the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, and treatment strategies of verruciform xanthoma (VX) in children, with the goal of providing reference for clinical practice. Methods: The clinical data of a female pediatric patient with VX located in the anal area, treated at our hospital, were analyzed. Results: After surgical excision of the anal mass, histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of VX. The patient had a good postoperative recovery with no recurrence and is currently under follow-up. Conclusion: When encountering mucosal tumors in children in clinical practice, pathological examination is essential to avoid misdiagnosis and overtreatment.
