神经内镜辅助下手术治疗高血压脑出血的研究进展

高血压脑出血(HICH)是高血压的一种严重并发症，该类疾病具有较高的致死率、致残率，是神经外科常见的危重疾病。传统的手术方式有开颅血肿清除术及血肿腔穿刺引流术等。随着微创理念的发展及神经内镜的推广，神经内镜下血肿清除术逐渐成为治疗高血压脑出血的主流手术方式。研究表明，神经内镜手术具有微创、抵近观察、疗效佳及并发症少等特点，有助于提升手术效果，改善患者预后。
Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) is a serious complication of hypertension, which has a high mortality and disability rate, and is a common critical disease in neurosurgery. Studies have shown that neuroendoscopic surgery has the characteristics of minimally invasive, close observation, good efficacy and few complications, which is helpful in improving the surgical effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
