乳腺癌患者术前炎症指标与腋窝淋巴结转移的研究进展

Abstract:
乳腺癌作为全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，虽然目前综合性治疗的方法显著降低了患者的死亡率，但仍有一部分患者因乳腺癌术后并发症而严重影响自己的生活质量。炎症已被认为与乳腺癌的发生发展、复发转移相关，且大量学者通过对乳腺癌患者术前炎症指标的深入研究，发现了术前炎症指标评估疗法有望预测是否发生腋窝淋巴结转移，同时对各不同分子分型乳腺癌的治疗现状及预后也可产生深远的影响。本文旨在通过对乳腺癌患者术前炎症指标与腋窝淋巴结转移相关性的最新进展做一综述。
Breast cancer, as the most prevalent malignancy among women globally, has seen a significant reduction in mortality rates due to comprehensive treatment approaches. However, a subset of patients still experience severe impairment in quality of life due to postoperative complications. Inflammation has been recognized as closely associated with the development, progression, recurrence, and metastasis of breast cancer. Extensive research by scholars on preoperative inflammatory indicators in breast cancer patients has revealed that preoperative inflammatory marker assessment may predict the likelihood of axillary lymph node metastasis. This approach could also profoundly influence treatment strategies and prognosis across different molecular subtypes of breast cancer. This article aims to review recent advances in understanding the correlation between preoperative inflammatory indicators and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients.
