在国家治理体系快速发展的背景下，社区作为国家基层治理的重要单元，承担着维系社会稳定与促进发展的双重责任。为了实现基层治理中的“共建共治共享”目标，需要在基层资源分配不均、群众参与度低以及管理协调不畅等问题上多关注。基层治理应以人民群众为中心，提升他们在社会治理中的主体意识和积极性，共同构建更加完善、和谐的社会治理多元化一体。通过社区治理引领，社区可以逐步实现资源共享、管理共治，最终达到“共建共治共享”的基层善治目标，推动国家治理体系的高效运转与长远发展。
Against the backdrop of rapid development of the national governance system, communities, as important units of grassroots governance, bear the dual responsibility of maintaining social stability and promoting development. In order to achieve the goal of “co-construction, co-governance, and sharing” in grassroots governance, it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Party, so that community governance can more effectively solve the current bottlenecks, difficulties, and pain points, such as uneven distribution of grassroots resources, low participation of the masses, and poor management coordination. In this process, party organizations should not only play a pioneering and exemplary role, but also promote the widespread participation of various social forces by optimizing the grassroots governance structure. Grassroots governance should be centered on the people, enhance their subjectivity and enthusiasm in social governance, and jointly build a more complete and harmonious diversified and integrated social governance. Through community governance guidance, communities can gradually achieve resource sharing, management and governance, ultimately achieving the grassroots good governance goal of “co construction, co governance and sharing”, and promoting the efficient operation and long-term development of the national governance system.
