Abstract:

目的:分析国内过敏性鼻炎中西医结合疗法的热点及前沿,为我国过敏性鼻炎患者的治疗提供参考。方法:在中国知网检索2004年1月至2023年12月发表的过敏性鼻炎与中西医结合疗法相关的文献,采用CiteSpace软件对发文量、关键词、研究机构、发文作者进行可视化分析。结果:本研究共计纳入666篇文献,通过高频关键词、聚类分析,总结出研究热点包括临床疗效、免疫功能、炎性因子等。近5年的研究前沿包括治疗效果、西替利嗪、鼻鼽、布地奈德及免疫功能等。通过合作机构聚类分析总结发文量排名前五的高校为:南京中医药大学、山东中医药大学附属医院、北京中医药大学、南京中医药大学附属医院、天津中医药大学。核心作者合作聚类分析总结发文量排名前五的作者为:李明华、刘颖惠、刘大新、彭顺林、王鹏山。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎相关文献发文趋势上升,处于较高的研究热度,但存在各单位合作分散的情况,各单位加强合作,发挥中医与西医各自的特色可提高临床疗效,中医药结合疗法是未来治疗过敏性鼻炎的发展趋势。
Objective: To analyze the hot spots and frontiers of Chinese and western integrative therapy for allergic rhinitis in China, and to provide reference for the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis in China. Methods: The literature related to allergic rhinitis and integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy published from January 2004 to December 2023 was searched on CNKI, and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of published papers, keywords, research institutions and authors. Results: A total of 666 articles were included in this study. Through high-frequency keywords and cluster analysis, the research hotspots were summarized, including clinical efficacy, immune function, inflammatory factors, etc. The research frontiers in the past 5 years include therapeutic effect, cetirizine, allergic rhinitis, budesonide and immune function. Through the cluster analysis of cooperative institutions, the top five universities with the number of published documents are: Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, and Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine. The top five authors in the collaborative cluster analysis were Li Minghua, Liu Yinghui, Liu Daxin, Peng Shunlin and Wang Pengshan. Conclusion: The treatment of allergic rhinitis with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has always been in a high research heat, giving full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
