地方媒体如何在国际传播中讲好中国故事——以四川省级主流媒体短视频作品为例

Abstract:
近年来,在中国提出要加强国际传播能力建设的大背景下,地方话语成为国际传播话语体系建设中至关重要的一部分。新征程上,地方主流媒体要承担更多的国际传播使命,在国际传播建设的道路上探索和创新,既是响应国家战略、提升国家文化软实力、守好意识形态阵地的紧迫任务,也是提升地方知名度、促进文化交流与互鉴的有效途径。本文以四川省级主流媒体短视频传播作品为例,研究地方媒体国际传播核心竞争力的构建,分析多角度印证小切口讲述大主题的传播策略,不仅要用好地方鲜活的故事素材,还要聚焦情感共鸣,更要挖掘独特的文化符号,把地方故事融入中国故事,加强与世界沟通。
In recent years, against the backdrop of China’s proposal to enhance its international communication capacity, local discourse has become a crucial part of the construction of the international communication discourse system. On the new journey, local mainstream media should undertake more international communication missions and explore and innovate on the path of international communication construction. This is not only an urgent task to respond to the national strategy, enhance the country’s cultural soft power, and safeguard the ideological front, but also an effective way to increase local visibility and promote cultural exchange and mutual learning. This article takes the short video communication works of Sichuan’s provincial mainstream media as an example to study the construction of the core competitiveness of local media in international communication, and analyzes the communication strategy of telling big themes through small entry points from multiple perspectives. It is necessary not only to make good use of the vivid local story materials, but also to focus on emotional resonance and dig out unique cultural symbols, integrating local stories into the Chinese story and strengthening communication with the world.
