抖音平台中美食景观成因与特征探析——以甘肃天水麻辣烫现象为例

Abstract:
随着社会和经济快速发展,人们对食物的需求不只是解决温饱,更多的是对美食审美和猎奇的追求,于是在抖音平台传播中出现了一种“美食景观”,其中“天水麻辣烫”凭借其平民化的叙事视角、地域性的特色、网友的二次创作等手段成为了热门“景观”,迅速实现了平台占领,引发打卡热潮。作为新媒体景观社会中的一种现象级景观,本文将从居伊·德波的景观社会理论视角出发,探究其景观化成因、特征,以及批判性反思。
With the rapid development of society and economy, people’s demand for food is not only for food and clothing, but also for the pursuit of food aesthetics and novelty hunting. Therefore, a “food landscape” has emerged in the spread of Tiktok platform, in which “Tianshui Spicy Hot Pot” has become a popular “landscape” by virtue of its populist narrative perspective, regional characteristics, secondary creation of netizens and other means, quickly realizing the platform occupation and triggering the card punching craze. As a phenomenon level landscape in the new media landscape society, this article will explore its causes, characteristics, and critical reflection from the perspective of Guy de Poe’s landscape society theory.
