农村互助关爱新模式助力乡村振兴研究——以柳州市L镇G村为例
Research of the New Model of Rural Mutual Aid and Care Aiding Rural Revitalisation—Taking G Village, L Town, Liuzhou City, as an Example

随着人们物质生存问题逐渐解决，我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，多样化、个性化服务需求大量涌现，成为当前保障民生的最大问题。特别是在农村地区，留守人员关爱、老年人康养、残疾人与失独家庭照料等问题亟待解决，而仅仅是依靠政府力量显然是不够的。本文以柳州市G村为例，通过实地调研分析，从互助关爱服务试点入手，深入剖析其运营情况、存在问题及不足等，探索农村互助关爱新模式成为新的路径，助力乡村振兴。
With the gradual resolution of the problem of people’s material survival, the main contradiction in China’s society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development, and the demand for diversified and personalised services has emerged in large numbers, which has become the biggest problem in ensuring people’s livelihood at present. Especially in rural areas, there is an urgent need to solve the problems of caring for the left-behind people, rehabilitating the elderly, and caring for the disabled and families who have lost their homes, and it is obviously not enough to rely on the government alone. Taking G Village in Liuzhou City as an example, this paper analyses its operation, existing problems and deficiencies through field research and analysis, starting from the pilot of mutual aid and care services, and explores the new model of rural mutual aid and care to become a new path to help rural revitalisation.
