Abstract:

吕凤子作为中国近现代杰出的教育家,提出的“全人教育”理念深刻影响了职业教育与美育的融合发展。本文旨在探讨吕凤子教育思想在当代职业教育中的创新应用,指出美育不仅有助于提高学生的人文素质,还能促进情感教育、人格塑造和批判性思维的培养。当代职业教育可通过跨学科课程设计、校企合作和社会文化活动等方式,推动艺术与技术的融合,培养既具创新能力又具人文素养的复合型人才。
Lyu Fengzi, as one of China’s outstanding educators in modern history, proposed the concept of “holistic education”, which has profoundly influenced the integration and development of vocational education and aesthetic education. This paper aims to explore the innovative application of Lyu Fengzi’s educational philosophy in contemporary vocational education, highlighting that aesthetic education not only enhances students’ humanistic qualities but also promotes emotional education, character development, and the cultivation of critical thinking. Contemporary vocational education can advance the integration of art and technology through interdisciplinary curriculum design, school-enterprise collaboration, and social-cultural activities, fostering interdisciplinary talents who possess both innovation capabilities and humanistic literacy.
