体育核心素养视域下初中体育教学改革探讨
Discussion on the Reform of Junior High School Physical Education Teaching from the Perspective of Core Literacy in Sports

在新一轮的课程改革中，初中体育教学面临着新的挑战与机遇。体育核心素养是初中体育教学的重要内容，在提高学生身体素质、心理素质和社会适应能力方面有很大影响。本文围绕体育核心素养内涵和要求展开分析，探讨初中体育的教学现状与改革策略，提出一系列切实可行的改革建议，希望文中观点能够帮助体育教师提高教学质量，为其教学带来思想启迪，进而促进学生全面发展，让学生成为社会需要的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的复合型人才。
In the new round of curriculum reform, junior high school physical education teaching is facing new challenges and opportunities. Core literacy in sports is an important part of junior high school physical education teaching and has a great impact on improving students’ physical fitness, psychological quality, and social adaptability. This paper analyzes the connotation and requirements of core literacy in sports, discusses the current situation and reform strategies of junior high school physical education teaching, and puts forward a series of feasible reform suggestions. It is hoped that the views in this paper can help physical education teachers improve the quality of teaching, provide them with inspiration for teaching, and thus promote the comprehensive development of students, enabling them to become compound talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetic and labor that society needs.
