基于模具设计的软硬包卷烟产品成型系统开发

Abstract:
烟草行业,在进行新产品研发的过程中,需要对设备进行改造以适应新的产品规格、尺寸等的变化,但大多数新产品的初期生产规模相对小,如果通过直接对原有设备的改造来实现,不仅改造费用昂贵,耗费时间太长,不利于企业快速响应市场的需求,而且无法实现机器同时满足多尺寸、多类型、不同规格卷烟产品生产的要求。本文提出一种多尺寸自适应的软硬包卷烟包装成形系统,所述软硬包卷烟包装成形系统覆盖了烟支包装成形的全流程作业过程,包括烟支推送、烟盒成形、软包烟包成形、硬包烟包成形等,2023年工厂人工包烟效率提升10%,废品率降低5%。大大方便了卷烟包装的封装成形,降低了人工成本,提高了烟支包装成形效率,同时所述软硬包卷烟包装成形系统能够同时满足多尺寸、多类型、不同规格卷烟产品的封装成形要求,成果应用于工厂高端高档卷烟生产。
In the tobacco industry, in the process of new product research and development, equipment needs to be transformed to adapt to changes in new product specifications, sizes, etc. However, the initial production scale of most new products is relatively small. If the original equipment is directly transformed, the transformation will not only be expensive, but also take too long, which is not conducive to enterprises’ rapid response to market demands. Moreover, the machine cannot meet the requirements of the production of multi-size, multi-type and different specifications of cigarette products at the same time. In this paper, a multi-dimensional adaptive soft and hard pack cigarette packaging forming system is proposed. The soft and hard pack cigarette packaging forming system covers the whole process of cigarette packaging forming, including cigarette push, cigarette pack forming, soft pack forming, hard pack forming, etc. In 2023, the manual packaging efficiency of the factory is increased by 10%, and the scrap rate is reduced by 5%. It greatly facilitates the packaging and forming of cigarette packaging, reduces the labor cost, and improves the forming efficiency of cigarette packaging. At the same time, the soft and hard package cigarette packaging and forming system can simultaneously meet the packaging and forming requirements of multi-size, multi-type and different specifications of cigarette products, and the results are applied to the production of high-end and high-grade cigarettes in factories.
