浅谈建筑基桩质量检测中几种方法的应用

Abstract:
随着房建项目的增多,作为房屋建设过程中最基本的地基建造技术,桩基不仅是提高房屋建筑使用寿命,保证房屋基本质量的重要基础,同时也是房屋建筑工程中最基础的步骤之一。可见,桩基的质量直接决定房屋使用质量。而对基桩进行检测既能保证施工质量、提高桩基使用效率,也是提升房屋安全系数的重要保障。本文主要介绍了混凝土灌注桩检测常用的几种方法,提出在基桩检测过程中综合应用多种检测方法,可以取得比较好的检测效果。
With the increase of housing construction projects, as the most basic foundation construction technology in the housing construction process, pile foundation is not only an important foundation for improving the service life of housing construction and ensuring the basic quality of housing, but also one of the most basic steps in housing construction engineering. It can be seen that the quality of the pile foundation directly determines the quality of the house’s use. Testing the foundation piles can not only ensure construction quality and improve the efficiency of pile foundation use, but also is an important guarantee for improving the safety factor of buildings. This article mainly introduces several commonly used methods for detecting concrete cast-in-place piles, and proposes the comprehensive application of multiple detection methods in the process of foundation pile detection, which can achieve good detection results.
