跨项目知识共享视角下建筑企业数字化能力对项目管理绩效的影响

Abstract:
随着政策环境和市场背景的变化,建筑业市场竞争愈加激烈。数字化转型有望成为建筑企业获取竞争优势的关键。对于项目型组织,项目知识的共享和利用也对价值创造的效率和效益至关重要。本研究从跨项目知识共享的视角切入,基于动态能力理论、组织学习理论和知识基础理论,探讨建筑企业数字化能力对项目管理绩效的影响作用和机制。通过对建筑企业项目经理调查数据的实证研究,得到以下结论:建筑企业数字化能力显著正向影响项目管理绩效;跨项目知识共享在数字化能力与项目管理绩效之间起部分中介作用。
In light of the evolving policy environment and market dynamics, competition within the construction sector has intensified. Digital transformation is anticipated to be pivotal for construction enterprises in attaining a competitive edge. For project-based organizations, the effective sharing and utilization of project knowledge are critical to enhancing value creation efficiency and effectiveness. This study, grounded in dynamic capability theory, organizational learning theory, and knowledge-based theory, examines the impact and underlies mechanisms of digitalization capabilities on project management performance from the perspective of cross-project knowledge sharing. Empirical analysis based on survey data collected from project managers in construction enterprises yields the following conclusions: digitalization capabilities significantly and positively influence project management performance; cross-project knowledge sharing partially mediates the relationship between digitalization capabilities and project management performance.
