基于IPA分析法的数字化赋能乡村人居环境建设满意度调查研究——以浙北8个数字乡村为例
The Satisfaction Survey of Digital Empowerment the Construction of Rural Human Settlements Environment Based on the IPA Analysis Method—Taking Eight Digital Villages in Northern Zhejiang as Examples

随着数字技术在乡村治理和建设层面的运用越来越广泛，数字化赋能是乡村人居环境整治提升的必然选择，是实施乡村全面振兴的必然要求。本文以浙江省湖州市与嘉兴市为研究对象，引入IPA分析法，构建数字化赋能乡村人居环境满意度评价体系，其中包括生态环境、基础设施、公共服务、社区氛围、居住环境五个层面。通过统计分析问卷调查所获得数据进行整理，初步总结嘉兴、湖州两地村民对数字化赋能乡村人居环境建设满意度现状及存在问题，并据此提出优化路径及对策，以期推动数字乡村人居环境建设，提升村民生活幸福感。
With the increasing application of digital technology in rural governance and construction, digital empowerment is an inevitable choice for the improvement of rural human settlements and an inevitable requirement for the implementation of comprehensive rural revitalization. This paper takes Huzhou City and Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province as the research object, introduces IPA analysis method, and constructs the evaluation system of rural human settlement environment satisfaction, which includes five levels: ecological environment, infrastructure, public service, community atmosphere and living environment. Through the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, it preliminary summaries the status quo and existing problems of villagers’ satisfaction about the construction of digitally empowered rural human settlements in Jiaxing and Huzhou. Based on it, put forward the optimization path and countermeasures in order to promote the construction of digital rural human settlements and enhance the well-being of villagers.
