Abstract:

交通运输业作为国民经济发展中最重要的组成部分之一,在我国经济社会运行中起到不可或缺的作用。公路货运是我国目前最主要的物流运输方式,当前我国高速公路货运网络存在交通拥堵、运输效率低下、高速公路运营企业通行费收入低、货车司机收入低等问题。区块链技术具有去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特点,可以提供信息共享环境以提高高速公路货运网络中多方信息协同能力,增强各主体之间的信任,提高物流运输效率,降低第三方物流平台在公路货运体系的影响,提高货车司机收入。本文通过对基于区块链的高速公路货运网络进行分析,提出将区块链引入到高速公路货运网络的方案,并建立了采用方案后的高速公路货运网络信息共享体系货车司机收入最大化模型,以验证引入区块链技术提升了收入分配机制合理性,论证设计方案的有效性。
As one of the most important components of national economic development, the transportation industry plays an indispensable role in the operation of China’s economy and society. Highway freight is currently the most important logistics transportation mode in China. The current highway freight network in China has problems such as traffic congestion, low transportation efficiency, low toll income for highway operating enterprises, and low income for truck drivers. Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, immutability, and traceability, which can provide an information sharing environment to improve the multi-party information collaboration ability in the highway freight network, enhance trust between various parties, improve logistics transportation efficiency, reduce the impact of third-party logistics platforms on the highway freight system, and increase the income of truck drivers. This article analyzes the blockchain based highway freight network, proposes a solution to introduce blockchain into the highway freight network, and establishes a model for maximizing the income of truck drivers in the information sharing system of the highway freight network after adopting the solution, to verify the rationality of the income distribution mechanism improved by introducing blockchain technology and demonstrate the effectiveness of the design scheme.
