积极老龄化视角下文化养老的体系建设路径研究
Research on the System Construction Path of Cultural Elderly Care from the Perspective of Active Aging

随着我国迈入老龄社会的大门，文化养老作为一种创新的养老模式，不仅能够有效满足老年人日益增长的精神文化需求，还极大地推动了养老服务的社会化与产业化进程。然而，当前文化养老在实践中面临着一系列挑战，包括文化养老资源供给、文化养老服务质量、老年人参与文化养老的积极性、文化养老专业人才队伍等。据此，提出了完善文化养老体系的具体建议，包括组织建设、设施建设、社会环境、政策支持。
Along with the entrance of the aging society in our country, the cultural endowment, as an innovative elderly care model, can not only effectively meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly, but also greatly promote the socialization and industrialization process of old-age services. However, the current cultural elderly care is facing a series of challenges in practice, including the supply of cultural elderly care resources, the quality of cultural elderly care services, the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in cultural elderly care, and the team of cultural elderly care professionals. Based on this, the paper puts forward specific suggestions to improve the cultural elderly care system, including organizational construction, facility construction, social environment and policy support.
