Abstract:

本文详细介绍了贵阳龙洞堡国际机场的运行情况和气象服务效益评估。首先,介绍了机场的地理位置、气候特征以及航班起降架次的变化情况。接着,分析了复杂天气对机场运行的影响,并介绍了贵阳机场运管委成立的背景及其运行模式,特别是其在应对复杂天气方面的协同机制。为了评估气象服务的效益,本文采用结构方程模型对航空气象用户满意度调查数据进行了分析,探讨了用户满意度的主要影响因素。最后,通过具体天气过程的案例分析,进一步验证了模型输出结果,并提出了改进建议。
This paper provides a detailed description of the operation and the assessment of meteorological service benefits of Longdongbu International Airport in Guiyang. First, the geographical location, climate features, and changes in the number of flights taking off and landing at the airport are introduced. Then, the impact of complex weather on airport operation is analyzed, and the establishment background and operation model of the Guiyang Airport Operations and Management Committee (AOMC) are introduced, especially its coordinated mechanism in response to complex weather. To evaluate the benefits of meteorological services, this paper uses structural equation model to analyze the survey data on aeronautical meteorological user satisfaction and explores the main influencing factors of user satisfaction. Finally, through a case study analysis of specific weather processes, the model output results are further verified, and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
