Abstract:

本文聚焦新时代教育背景下的“大思政课”,深入探讨其多维育人功能及实现路径。其多维育人功能显著,价值引领功能通过多元教学环境与文化传承,助力学生构建成熟世界观,完成文化基因层面价值引领;实践育人功能基于马克思主义实践观,借社会实践活动让思政教育触及灵魂;心理塑造功能依据马斯洛需求层次理论,从多维度雕琢学生心灵。为实现这些育人功能,要从课程体系建设、教学方法创新、师资队伍建设以及协同育人机制构建着手。在课程体系建设上,优化课程设置,整合校内外资源;教学方法创新采用案例教学、实践教学、线上线下混合教学法;师资队伍建设注重提升教师素质,组建多元化师资团队;协同育人机制构建涵盖学校与家庭、学校与社会的协同合作。
This article focuses on the “Grand Ideological and Political Courses” in the context of education in the new era, and deeply explores its multi-dimensional educational functions and implementation paths. Its multi-dimensional educational functions are remarkable. The value guidance function, through a diverse teaching environment and cultural inheritance, helps students build a mature worldview and complete the value guidance at the level of cultural genes. The practical education function, based on the Marxist view of practice, enables ideological and political education to reach the soul through social practice activities. The psychological shaping function, according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, polishes the students’ minds from multiple dimensions. In order to realize these educational functions, efforts should be made in the construction of the curriculum system, the innovation of teaching methods, the construction of the teaching staff, and the establishment of a collaborative education mechanism. In terms of curriculum system construction, it is necessary to optimize curriculum settings and integrate resources inside and outside the school. In terms of teaching method innovation, case teaching, practical teaching, and online-offline hybrid teaching methods should be adopted. In the construction of the teaching staff, attention should be paid to improving the quality of teachers and forming a diversified teaching team. The construction of the collaborative education mechanism covers the collaborative cooperation between schools and families, as well as between schools and society.
