基于多学科探讨早泄与情志之“郁”关系
Exploring the Relationship between Premature Ejaculation and Emotional Factors of “Depression” from a Multidisciplinary Perspective

目的：早泄作为男科常见病，诸多学者对其发病机理、治疗转归进行研究，发现情志因素具有较大影响。然基于学科间的差异，各学者的研究局限于自己所属领域。行文旨在基于多学科视角，将中医理论与现代生理、药理、心理学研究相结合，探求早泄一病与情志关联。方法：笔者检索、阅读近20年内各学科研究早泄病的相关文献，将其系统归纳、总结、提炼。结果：通过整理、分析发现，传统中医对早泄与情志之“郁”的联系已有一定认识，现代生理、药理学证实这些认识的合理性和实践意义。心理学亦认为早泄与情志和心理状态密切相关。结论：情志之“郁”在早泄病的发生治疗转归中有着重要影响，可进一步研究。
Objective: Premature ejaculation, as a common male urological condition, has been extensively studied by many scholars regarding its etiology and treatment outcomes, revealing a significant influence of psychological factors. However, due to disciplinary differences, the research of various scholars has been limited to their respective fields. This paper aims to integrate traditional Chinese medicine theories with modern physiological, pharmacological, and psychological research from a multidisciplinary perspective to explore the association between premature ejaculation and emotional factors. Methods: The author conducted a literature search and review of relevant studies on premature ejaculation conducted in various disciplines over the past 20 years. The findings were systematically organized, summarized, and refined. Results: Through organization and analysis, it was found that traditional Chinese medicine has already recognized the connection between premature ejaculation and the emotional aspect of “depression.” Modern physiology and pharmacology have confirmed the rationality and practical significance of these understandings. Psychology also acknowledges the close relationship between premature ejaculation and emotional and psychological states. Conclusion: The emotional aspect of “depression” plays an important role in the occurrence, treatment, and prognosis of premature ejaculation, warranting further research.
