三明治教学联合角色代入法在妇科护理带教中的应用效果分析

Abstract:
目的:引入三明治教学联合角色代入法应用到妇科护理带教中,着重理论与实践操作的互补,以显著提高护生的综合能力。方法:本次实验分为观察组和对照组,共有60名护生参与。教师将护生随机抽签分组,抽到写有“观察组”签的护生归为观察组样本,抽到写有“对照组”签的护生归为对照组样本。写有对照组样本的采用传统教学方法,而观察组引入三明治教学联合角色代入法指导。在妇科护理带教工作结束后,教师组织护生进行考核。对比各组在考核前后的综合成绩,由教师对护生的临床演练进行评分,护生对这次带教的教学方法进行评价。最后对各项数据进行显著性统计检验(P < 0.05)。结果:经过统计检验,各组护生的考核综合成绩、临床演练评分和教学方法评价三个指标均存在显著性差异(P < 0.05)。结论:在妇科护理带教中,应用三明治教学联合角色代入法,能够显著提升护生的理论和实践操作以及解决问题的综合能力。
Objective: To introduce the sandwich teaching combined with role-playing method in gynecological nursing education, focusing on the complementarity of theory and practical operation to significantly enhance the comprehensive abilities of nursing students. Methods: This experiment was divided into an observation group and a control group, with a total of 60 nursing students participating. Teachers randomly assigned the students to groups; those who drew the observation group card were placed in the observation group sample, while those who drew the control group card were placed in the control group sample. The control group samples used traditional teaching methods, whereas the observation group adopted the sandwich teaching combined with role-playing method for guidance. After completing the gynecological nursing education, teachers organized assessments for the nursing students. The comprehensive scores before and after the assessment were compared between the two groups, and teachers evaluated the clinical practice of the nursing students. Finally, statistical tests (P < 0.05) were conducted on various data. Results: Statistical tests showed significant differences in the comprehensive scores, clinical practice ratings, and evaluations of teaching methods among the nursing students from both groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In gynecological nursing education, applying the sandwich teaching combined with role-playing method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving abilities of nursing students.
