初中英语阅读教学中学生批判性思维培养策略的研究

Abstract:
长久以来,我国的英语教学一直深受应试教育模式的影响。教师们往往过分强调语言知识的学习,英语学习变成了词汇和语法知识的学习。而对学生思维能力的培养有所忽视。这种倾向使得课堂教学往往沦为机械记忆和重复练习的场所,这就造成了学生在阅读中往往只停留在表面上的理解,而不能进行更深层次的分析与思考。因此,为了提升学生综合素质并促进他们的独立思考和创新,英语教师必须着重培养和发展他们的批判性思维能力。本研究在查阅国内外有关文献的基础上,结合对五节初中英语(人教版)阅读教学过程的观察与分析,阐述了批判性思维的定义,还总结了一系列培养策略。旨在通过批判性阅读来提高学生理解能力,培养批判性思考和解决问题的能力,促进全面发展。
For a long time, English teaching in China has been deeply influenced by the test-oriented education model. Teachers tend to overemphasize the acquisition of language knowledge, and the learning of English becomes the learning of vocabulary and grammar. However, the cultivation of students’ thinking ability is neglected. This tendency reduces classroom teaching to a place of mechanical memorization and repetitive practice, which results in students often staying only on the surface of understanding in reading and being unable to carry out deeper analysis and thinking. Therefore, in order to improve the overall quality of students and promote their independent thinking and innovation, English teachers must focus on cultivating and developing their critical thinking skills. Based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the observation and analysis of the teaching process of the five classes of reading in junior high school English (Go For It), this study expounds the definition of critical thinking and summarizes a series of training strategies. It aims to improve students’ comprehension skills, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and promote all-round development through critical reading.
