Abstract:

目的:调查助产士工作压力源、共情疲劳及人文关怀能力的现状及其相关性,为护理管理者综合干预提供理论依据。方法:使用助产士基本情况调查表、共情疲劳量表(CFST)、中国护士工作压力源量表(CNNS)、关怀能力评价量表(CAI),便利抽取295名在职助产士进行问卷调查。结果:助产士工作压力源总分为(95.19 ± 23.75)分、共情疲劳总分为(93.47 ± 23.54)分、人文关怀能力总分(149.74 ± 49.64)分。工作压力源与共情疲劳之间存在显著的正相关关系,工作压力源与人文关怀能力之间存在显著的负相关关系。年龄、婚育情况、聘用类型、工作年限、每月夜班数与每月收入是其影响因素,得分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:助产士工作压力源、共情疲劳处于中度水平,人文关怀能力处于较低水平。护理管理者需通过针对性的干预措施改善其现状。
Objective: To investigate the current situation and correlation of job stressors, empathic fatigue, and humanistic caring ability of midwives, and to provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive intervention of nursing managers. Methods: 295 midwives were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the Midwives Basic Situation Questionnaire, the Empathy Fatigue Scale (CFST), the Chinese Nurses Job Stressor Scale (CNNS), and the Caring Ability Inventory (CAI). Results: The total score for job stressors was (95.19 ± 23.75), the total score for empathic fatigue was (93.47 ± 23.54), and the total score for humanist caring ability was (149.74 ± 49.64). There is a significant positive correlation between job stressors and empathy fatigue and a significant negative correlation between job stressors and humanistic caring ability. Age, marriage and childbearing, employment type, working years, monthly night shift, and monthly income were the influencing factors, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Midwives’ work stressors and empathic fatigue are at a moderate level, and their humanistic caring ability is at a low level. Nursing managers need to improve the situation through targeted interventions.
