自我控制与大学生睡眠质量的关系:反刍思维的中介作用和社交焦虑的调节作用

Abstract:

为探讨自我控制和大学生睡眠质量的关系和作用机制,采用自我控制量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、反刍思维量表以及交往焦虑量表,对573名大学生进行了问卷调查。研究结果表明:(1) 自我控制既能直接影响大学生睡眠质量,又能通过反刍思维的中介作用间接影响大学生睡眠质量。(2) 社交焦虑调节自我控制对反刍思维的影响,相对于社交焦虑水平低的个体,中介效应在社交焦虑水平高的大学生中更强。本研究结果有利于揭示自我控制是如何影响大学生睡眠质量的,有助于改善大学生睡眠质量。
In order to explore the relationship and mechanism between self-control and college students’ sleep quality, 573 college students were investigated by Self Control Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Ruminative Responses Scale, Interaction Anxiousness Scale. The results were as follows: (1) Self-control can not only directly affect the sleep quality of college students, but also indirectly affect the sleep quality of college students through the mediating effect of rumination. (2) The indirect effect of self-control on rumination was moderated by social anxiety, and the effect was stronger in college students with high level of social anxiety. The results of this study are helpful to reveal how self-control affects the sleep quality of college students, and help improve the sleep quality of college students.
